Where is AI already in use, and what data is reaching it?
AI adoption rarely arrives as a project. It arrives as individuals solving their own problems with whatever tool is to hand, months before anyone writes a policy. The exposure is not the technology. It is company information pasted into services nobody assessed, agreements nobody read, and no record of which decisions were shaped by a model.
We establish where AI is actually in use, both sanctioned and not, and what data reaches each service. Each use is assessed for what leaves the organisation, what the supplier may do with it, what access the tool holds, and what happens when the output is wrong. We separate the uses worth governing from the ones worth stopping, because a policy that forbids everything is one people work around. You get an inventory, a risk position for each use, and controls proportionate to what is at stake.
